Green Façade

Sea Arts Hotel is a new hotel in the touristic village of Camogli, near Genova. It is a huge building made off ive flats, dot far from the City Hall and the Old Theatre. Gosplan was asked to design a new façade, that had to be detached from the building, pointing out the hotel entrance thanks to a smart and “green” appeal.
The project plans to realize a vine-covered panel made of  stretch steels fixed on white iron pillars.
The space between the new façade and the building hosts the reception and the outside spaces of the lounge bar (ground level), while in the upper levels there are three balconies (one each level) connected with hotel rooms.
