Boccadasse is a small fishermen harbour in Genoa that inspired many poets and singers with its narrow streets and its beautiful little beach.
Lasa Penthouse
The apartment is at the top of a building in the city centre of Genoa. It underwent a total refurbishment that pointed out the sloping roof, previously hidden by a plasterboard false ceiling, giving to the rooms a peculiar vertical extent.

Il gioco dei volumi sotto il sole Il progetto prende le mosse da alcune semplici idee guida, formalmente esplicitate nell’aspetto esteriore del manufatto: il cuore del centro civico è costituito dalla sala per assemblee e concerti, ospitata dal massiccio parallelepipedo centrale che sorregge la grande terrazza, una sorta di piazza di quartiere aperta sul parco ma al contempo uno spazio protetto in virtù della sua posizione sopraelevata e del suo accesso presidiato attraverso il centro civico.
